Pricing
Residential Design Rates:
- A consultation fee of $40.00 USD will be charged for the initial visit.
- Presentation board for One room: $75.00 usd.
The Budget and Payments Due:
- 50% of the estimated budget is due once we begin. (This will cover the cost for purchasing paint, fabric, upholstery contract, and accessories). I will provide receipts at the end of each week for all items purchased.
- For furniture, I will first provide to the client the price of the items, and allow the client to approve the pieces before the purchase. At that point, either the client can pay directly to the store, or allow me to make the arrangements and purhase.
- 50% of my projected estimated hours to begin working on the room make-over will be due up front. This covers my time for making purchases, gasoline expenses, and designing.
- 25% of my projected estimated hours will be due at the middle stage of completion, and the remainding 25% will be due once the job is completed.

How We Begin: During the initial consultation, the client will express their style, a budget, and a time frame in which they expect the project to be completed. On the following visit, I will provide a presentation board which will consist of the room layout, color scheme, fabric samples, and a design style. The presentation board takes approximately 4 to 5 days to complete, and it will be used as our platform to begin the new living space.
